Pothole detection concept
01 Road safety

Smart Pothole Detection, Resolution & Escalation

Help citizens and field teams report potholes with photo, location and severity. The solution should assign the case, track repair progress, verify completion and escalate overdue work.

Ideas may include: AI/photo detection, map-based reporting, repair SLA, contractor dashboard and before-after verification.
Clean city and littering concept
02 Clean city

Smart GVP Detection, Clean-up & Littering Enforcement

Identify recurring garbage vulnerable points, alert the responsible sanitation team and show whether the location is cleaned. It may also support evidence-based action against repeat littering.

Ideas may include: camera/photo evidence, hotspot map, clean-up SLA, name-and-shame workflow and fine-management integration.
Geo tagged field attendance concept
03 Field accountability

Geo-tagged Photo Attendance & Field Presence

Create a transparent way for municipal officers and field staff to record attendance at the assigned work location with a time-stamped photo and location evidence.

Ideas may include: geo-fencing, route or beat plan, selfie/photo validation, supervisor review and attendance exception alerts.
Garbage vehicle GPS concept
04 Service visibility

Garbage Collection Vehicle GPS Tracking & Citizen Service View

Make collection services visible to citizens and supervisors. The system should show planned routes, live vehicle position, missed areas and daily service completion.

Ideas may include: vehicle GPS map, route deviation alert, ward-wise dashboard, citizen notifications and missed-pickup request.
Hoarding and encroachment inspection concept
05 Safer public space

Illegal Hoarding Detection & Digital Encroachment Compliance

Enable inspectors to identify suspected illegal hoardings or public-space encroachments, capture location evidence and complete notice-to-compliance action tracking.
