The Additional Commissioner Office 1 is a key administrative office within the Municipal Corporation, entrusted with the planning, execution, and supervision of departmental functions as per the powers and directions issued by the Hon’ble General Body, Standing Committee, and the Commissioner/Administrator.This office is responsible for reporting the actions taken to the Hon’ble Commissioner and for implementing directives and guidelines received from the Government in a timely and effective manner.A major responsibility of the office is the prompt resolution of citizen grievances, including conducting hearings when necessary and ensuring the final settlement of complaints. Additionally, the office serves as an Inquiry Officer when appointed by the Commissioner/Administrator, handling disciplinary and administrative investigations."
