1. Organizing the Vasant Vyakhyanmala and 2. Sharadiya Vyakhyanmala every year to enable citizens to benefit from the lectures of eminent speakers. Likewise, to organize programs on the birth and death anniversaries of national leaders and literary figures, and, in that context, to hold book exhibitions on contemporary topics so that the library resources are made available for the benefit of the reading public.
